The event organisers reserve the right to cancel the race. If the event is cancelled prior to closing date (25 February 2018) a full refund will be made. Cancellation of the event after closing date is unlikely.
Please see table below detailing the refund cut off dates and associated refund scale.
All refund requests must be made in writing via email and be received prior to the scheduled refund cut-off dates as outlined below. The event organiser will determine the appropriate refund amount.
Please note that a minimum of 100 entrants is required to secure the train for this event.
